I am passionate about the benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle. As a mum of two young children I understand the real challenges of managing a busy life and finding time to keep yourself and your family fit and eating healthily. I am highly motivated to help others achieve their fitness & lifestyle goals based my own personal experiences.
I am a keen runner, having completed many Half Marathons, and also enjoy weight training, yoga and high intensity circuit based exercises to keep fit.
How I can help you ?
I have transformed my own lifestyle losing 2 and a half stone in weight through a personal training program & healthy eating regime. I can personally advocate the benefits of personal training in providing you with an individualized program that will be more effective & a more efficient use of your time. As well as ensuring you are performing exercises correctly to reduce injury risk & help to motivate you to achieve your goals.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone or build muscle, improve flexibility, develop cardio vascular endurance or train for a specific event or challenge I can build a personalised program for you.
After a free consultation to understand your goals and fitness testing to assess your current fitness levels I will create an exercise program that fits with your lifestyle. If you can’t get to a gym very often I can help incorporate exercises you can do at home or ways to keep fit whilst travelling. I can train you on a one to one basis or with a friend / partner if you prefer. I also run circuit based small group classes suitable for all abilities.
I am a keen cook and passionate about wholesome nutritious food and can help with advice on how to create healthy meal plans for you and your family to help lose or maintain healthy weight
