BOOTCAMPS FAQ

Our current sessions are online.

 The following items are essential to bring to every class
–  yoga mat
–  towel
–  drinking water 

We are running the classes in all weather conditions so please come prepared with a lightweight waterproof if rain is forecast. You may also want to bring gloves for any exercises on the floor and a head torch for darker mornings.

Yes. But only push yourself as hard as you feel comfitable doing. We all have to start somewhere, and finishing slow is better than not finishing at all.
